Brahma Mudra - Step by Step

  1. Stand tall with feet hip-width apart. Shoulders relaxed

  2. Bring the head to a neutral position, gaze forward.

  3. Slowly roll the head to the right, bringing the left ear toward the right shoulder.

  4. Move in one smooth circle for 4 slow rounds on then pause at center, then reverse the direction and repeat.
